Trivia
- This is the last extra world made by Buziol Games.
- Interestingly, there exists a Vitalize version of the game called Mario Forever: The Lost Map Online.
- This is the only world that features 6 levels.
- In the original Mario Forever after version 5.0, the title screen is totally empty, as it does no longer feature Mario and the "Press Enter to Start" text, although the voice line can still be heard when pressing Enter.
- Among the terrible English in the title screen, there's a part where it says "This is a small online game", despite not being an online game at all. This is a remnant of the Vitalize version of the game, which came first.
- The map of this world does not feature the "Jump Button To Start" text present in all other maps in the game.
- Mario Forever: Community Edition fixes this and displays the text properly.
- In the original game, there exists an unused text graphic that reads "ENTER TO START" in green color. It's present in the map section of this world, but it never appears.
- This is also the only world that accepts "Enter" on the map to continue the game, along with the usual jump button.
