Save Game Room is the main HUB of Mario Forever, as well as every Mario Forever-styled game made. Here is where the player can start the main game (or remove a pipe's save file) , or purchase useful items before starting the game.

Layout

Save Game Room's layout varies between different Mario Forever versions and fangames based on it:

Buziol Games' versions:

v1.16-1.16.1

The earliest Save Game Room has three pipes that leads the player to the main game. There's also a room next to it that has a Super Mushroom and a Fire Flower, which can be bought with Mario's lives.

v2.16

In v2.16, it adds three new rooms; an empty room, a room with two signs about Human Laboratory World's old name (WWW.GRY02.PL) and a room with one pipe that takes the player to the aforementioned world's first level.

v3.50

In v3.50, it adds a room dedicated to Mario Minix, which can be accessed by going to the left side on the first room. The empty room is now home to the Hardcore Worlds.

v4.0-v4.1:

In v4.0 and v4.1, three rooms were added; a room with The Lost Map's pipe, a room with a tank that is dedicated to Funny Tanks?, and a room that shows all of the secrets and completions within the game. They can all be accessed by going right after Human Laboratory World's room.

Softendo's versions:

v4.4

In v4.4, Koopa Troopa Liberation and Starman Running were added, which can be accessed by going all the way to the Funny Tanks tank and seeing rocky stars.

v6.0

In v6.0, There's a pipe near the Hardcore Worlds room that has Syzxchulun's World 9 (Softendo version), which can be accessed by making a jump between Human Laboratory World's sign room and landing on it Another pipe is located near Koopa Troopa Liberation's pipe, although it dosen't lead to any level. World of Stupidity and Frustration World were added in this update, which are located in Sylvester Stallone Zone that has small block jumps before seeing it.

v7.02

In v7.02, Syzxchulun's World 9 pipe has been named as Custom Fans Worlds, with Luigimann and Hagalta's Great Journey being added, along with Crist's World 0.
