World 8-1 is the first level of World 8 and the twenty ninth overall level in Mario Forever and its fan-made remake, Mario Forever Remake. The level resembles a castle level, although there isn't Bowser in it. Instead, it has a platform that is moving by itself, which requires the player to keep an eye on it and stand on it. Thwomps makes their first appearance in this level, who are immune to almost everything. And a lot of Bill Blasters can be seen near the end. There's also Spikes that hurts Mario if touched.
