World 2-3 is the third level of World 2 and the seventh overall level in Mario Forever Flash, which resembles an underground level. the level features Piranha Heads, who cant be defeated therefore it damages Mario. Buzzy Beetle also makes its first appearence in this level, who acts like Koopa Troopas, but are immune to fireballs.
