Lakitu is a beakless Koopa Troopa with a green shell, orange body, glasses with thick black frames, and is seen flying in a cloud bearing a smiling face. It has firstly appeared on World 4. Lakitus fly on the sky and throws Spiny Eggs to Mario.When the Spiny Eggs touch with the ground, they transform into a Spiny. Lakitu comes back after some minutes when Mario defeats him.
